Wild Five is still in development; there is no app yet. This notice covers this website only. Once the app is released, we will add here which data it processes.

2. Visiting this website

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools and loads no content from third-party servers (the font is hosted on our server too).

When a page is requested, our hosting provider necessarily processes access data: IP address, time, requested address, amount of data transferred, referring page, browser and operating system. This serves secure operation and protection against attacks (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The provider deletes these logs automatically after a few weeks.

3. Hosting

The website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, in data centres in Germany. IONOS processes the data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR).

4. Contact form

If you write to me via the contact form, I process your name, email address and message to answer your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). The details are sent by email to my mailbox at IONOS and deleted once the enquiry is settled and no retention obligations apply. To protect against automated spam, the server stores a pseudonymised short value (hash) of your IP address for at most 24 hours.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Just write to the email address above.

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Rhineland-Palatinate, Hintere Bleiche 34, 55116 Mainz, Germany.

The German version of this privacy notice is the legally binding one.
